NFJ Financial Services was founded on July 15, 2024, by Norayla Francisco Jeandor, who brings over 12 years of experience in accountancy to the firm. In 2018, Norayla earned her CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation, marking a key achievement in her professional journey.

Norayla's career began in 2012 as an external auditor at KPMG Dutch Caribbean, followed by a manager position at BDO B.V. During her time at these leading firms, she gained valuable experience leading project teams in audits and advisory projects for businesses of all sizes, across a wide range of industry sectors including banking, insurance, government, foundations, retail, healthcare, and service organizations.

Driven by a desire for greater independence, flexibility, and the opportunity to forge closer relationships with her clients, Norayla established NFJ Financial Services. Her goal is to leverage her extensive experience to provide personalized and high-quality financial services to each client.
